Which sports is it suitable for?
A mouthguard can be particularly worthwhile in sports involving physical contact, a risk of falling or fast-moving objects – for example martial arts, hockey, rugby or other contact sports.

For young athletes
In children and adolescents, the jaw and the position of the teeth are still changing.
The mouthguard should therefore be checked regularly to make sure it still fits correctly, or whether it needs to be adjusted or replaced.
